AIP Herbed Sausage on Yucca Biscuit

Sausage

  1. Saute onions and garlic in a pan.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, including onions and garlic.
  3. Make into patties and cook on stovetop in medium heat in oil, flipping when necessary, until cooked through.

Yucca Biscuits (can be made in advance)

  1. Peel and steam yucca root until very soft.
  2. Put in a large food processor with oil and salt and process until it makes a dough.
  3. Press dough into flat biscuits. You can fry in oil on the pan or bake at 350°F until they start to brown.
  4. Assemble the biscuits and serve warm. Enjoy!
